Kathua Updates – Chargesheet Denied to Accused

As per news reports, the accused & lawyer representing them have been denied the original chargesheet of the case. The Supreme court has ordered for the chargesheet to be given to all.

The daughter of accused has demanded a CBI probe saying that innocent people will be punished for this scam. The accused are ready for the Narco test, which will prove whether the crime was a rape or not. They have also said that they were subjected to torture to admit the crime & have pleaded not guilty.

The lawyer representing the victim has alleged that there is a threat to her life due to “Hindu terror” without giving any reasons or explanations. The SC has ordered protection to her and the family of the deceased.

In the light of these events, it is becoming clear that the media and popular narratives have been presumptuous in pronouncing a verdict on who is and is not guilty, and painting the crime in the color of “Saffron.” The catchword “Hindu terror” is being popularized to distract attention from the many intricacies of the case. The facts of the matter do not suggest any such vendetta.

Mecca Masjid Blast – All Accused Acquitted After 11 Years

All accused in the Mecca Masjid blast that happened in Hyderabad in May 2007 have been pronounced not guilty by the Hyderabad High Court. Amongst the accused was Aseemananda who is now proven innocent after 11 years.

It is suspected that the Hindus were framed in this as a conspiracy to ignite the ideas of “Hindu terror” amongst people. Several Islamists have given the statement that they are losing faith, whereas the question remains that is their faith only tied to getting Hindus hanged, and worse, painting Hindus as terror?

Bollywood Actor Ajaz Khan Abuses Bhagwan Sri Ram & CM Sri Yogi Adityanath; Booked for FIR

Actor Ajaz Khan has openly abused Hinduism, Bhagwan Sri Ram and the CM of UP, Sri Yogi Adityanath, who is a saint of the Nath sampradaya. He has framed the Kathua case around maligning and abusing all of Hinduism at large, rather than only asking for punishment for the criminals.

He says that he will pay 50 Lakh for the heads of the criminals and asks terrorists of Kashmir of chop their heads. He abuses sannyas tradition without knowing anything about what is and is not sannyas. As per him Sri Ram took sannyas for 14 years. He does not understand the difference between sannyas and “van vaas.” He disrespects Sri Ram and says that Hindus have done shame to him. He abuses the PM Narendra Modi as well.

He abuses people who raises slogan of “Jai Sri Ram.”

An FIR has been filed against him for the same.

Puducherry: Govt to Spend 96Cr to Boost Temple Tourism

The government would also start Anna daan – free food distribution – in temples in a phased manner.

Yet the question remains why the government has not yet handed over the administration and maintenance to temple authorities.
